Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using RingTones ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RingTones lets you browse, create, edit, and export custom ringtones and wallpapers for your device. Some features require a paid subscription ("RingTones Premium").

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of audio and images you create or import. By using the App you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide App functionality. We do not store your content on our servers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to distribute content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass subscription or premium restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, and code are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Ringtone and wallpaper catalogue assets are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
